artists and vendor applications for 2019 are open until May 31
Please note this very important change: The 2019 Feast of Lanterns Artist Vendor Area will be a juried event with emphasis on quality handmade goods. What this means is that completing this applicationdoes not guarantee acceptance to vend at the event. We review every application to ensure a good quality and variety of vendors at our event.
Applications will close on May 31st and you will be notified of your acceptance to the event no later than 11:59 pm on June 12th. Once you are accepted, you will be invoiced via PayPal.
The booth fee for 2019 is $100 and is due by June 28th. Failure to pay on time may forfeit your space or be subject to a $25 late fee.
10’ x 10’ Booth spaces/ locations will be assigned prior to the start of the event. Booth sharing is allowed only with prior pre-approval.
