artist & vendor applications for 2024 are open until June 3rd

The Feast of Lanterns Artist Vendor Area will be a juried event with emphasis on quality handmade goods. Completing this application does not guarantee acceptance to vend at the event. We review every application to ensure a good quality and variety of vendors at our event.

Applications will close on June 3rd and you will be notified of your acceptance to the event no later than 11:59 pm on June 20th. Once you are accepted, you will be invoiced for booth fees.

The booth fee for 2023 is $100 and is due by July 15th. Failure to pay on time may forfeit your space or be subject to a $25 late fee.

10' x 10' Booth spaces/locations will be assigned prior to the start of the event. Booth sharing is allowed only with prior pre-approval.
